Mubasher: The Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) announced on Sunday that the rights issue shares of Royal Jordanian Airlines will be listed today.

The decision came after all necessary procedures were completed, the bourse said in a statement.

Jordan Securities Commission’s board earlier approved listing of the JOD 100 million worth capital-boosting rights shares, of which the Jordanian government and the Social Security Corporation (SSC) own 89.88 million shares and 9.97 million shares, while Thamer Khalil Nimr Darweesh is holding 153,450 shares total.
