Tunis- Mubasher: Bourse de Tunis extended its early gains on Wednesday, to end in the green zone.

The benchmark Tunindex rose 0.29% or 15.37 points to 5315.02 points. Tunindex20 also gained 0.24% to 2264.63 points.

Out of the 77 listed companies, 61 changed hands; 23 moved higher, 23 moved lower, while 15 remained unchanged.

Most sectors headed south led by automobiles and parts (-0.26%), followed by consumer goods (-0.23%). Meanwhile, food and beverages was the best performer (+1.6%).

As for stocks, Attijari Leasing was the top gainer with a rise by 5.8% to TND 25.5. Meanwhile, Societe Des Industries Pharmaceutiques De Tunisie fell by 3% to TND 7.76.

Today’s turnover amounted to nearly TND 3.5 million, while traded volume reached 470.2 thousand shares.
