Casablanca – Mubasher: Casablanca Stock Exchange (CSE) benchmark MASI ended Wednesday in the red, losing 0.83%, to 10340.23 points and MADEX fell 0.89% to 8489.46 points.
Wednesday’s turnover rose to approx. MAD 106.6 million, compared with MAD 42.6 million on Tuesday.

Eleven sectors moved lower, led by engineering and equipment that rose 2.54%. Beverages tailed the list with a slight increase by 0.51%.

Meanwhile, paper and forestry led the 11 declining sectors with a fall by 5.97%, while insurance tailed the list with a loss of 0.06%.

As for stock performance, M2M was the top gainer with 5.99% growth. On the flipside, Zellidja was the biggest loser with a drop by 5.99%.
