The stock of Beltone Financial Holding has skyrocketed during Monday’s session to its highest level since debut.
The stock surged 19.71% to EGP 15, amid limited trading value that amounted to more than EGP 9.3 million.
Beltone stock recorded a jump by 359% since year-start, as it was trading at EGP 3.3 late in 2013.
The company announced Sunday that ordinary and extraordinary general meetings will be held on Monday, November 10.
The ordinary general meeting will look into the board’s proposal for distributing bonus shares for FY13.
The extraordinary general meeting will discuss increasing issued capital from EGP 83.655 million to EGP 125.483 million through 1-for-2 bonus share distribution, which will be financed from retained earnings as on December 31, 2013.
