Naeem Holding said it does not have any undisclosed material events impacting stock price.
The company said in a statement that there were no P/E ratios for 2012, 2013 and 2014 because of incurring losses in the three years. Accordingly, there was no a P/E ratio on Nov. 3, 2014.
Naeem posted $2 million net earnings for the six-month period until June 30, 2014, against $15.3 million net losses a year earlier.
