The board of Rubex Plastic Manufacturing has authorized on Wednesday the company’s chairman to continue a feasibility study for three received bids, one in Turkey and two in Greece, as part of seeking to buy land plots overseas to achieve expansion plans.
According to the company’s statement, the board gave priority to the two offers for two land plots in Greece at a space of 71,000 sqm and 50,000 sqm respectively and a total value of 2.30 million euros.
A industrial complex is built over a space of 30,000 sqm on the land plots at a value of 5.5 million euros.
The land plot offers will be discussed in the company’s upcoming shareholder meeting on December 14.
