The extraordinary general meeting of Medical Union Pharmaceuticals approved on Wednesday the voluntary delisting of the company’s stock from the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
The company will purchase the stocks owned by shareholders who object to the delisting move.
In a meeting held on October 19, the company’s board had decided to delist the stock.
