The securities listing committee of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) has approved the listing of two companies, IT Synergy and International Group for Constructions & Real Estate Investment (IMAC) on Nile Exchange (NILEX) starting Monday, December 15.

IT Synergy will be listed with EGP 5 million capital, divided into 1 million shares at EGP 5 par value each, while IMAC will be listed with EGP 10 million capital, divided into 10 million shares at EGP 1 par value each.
