Orascom Construction Industries (OCI) announced delisting its global depositary receipts (GDRs) from London Stock Exchange (LSE) as of January 23.

The contractor said in a filing posted on EGX that this move came in line with the decision taken by the board on November 2, 2014.

OCI ascribed the delisting to weak trading and thin liquidity of GDRs on London bourse.
