Cairo-Mubasher: Arabia Investments, Development and Financial Investment Holding Company concluded five-year management agreement with Beltone Financial Holding, said Osama Saleh, company’s Chairperson.

Under the agreement, Beltone will carry out the managing and operating of Arabia Investments' assets and resources.

The contract stipulate that the management company "Beltone" will assume Arabia Investments' total expenses in return for 2% and 10% of Arabia Investments' capital and revenues respectively , noted Saleh.

The company's total expenses have reached around EGP8 million to EGP9 million by end of 2014, added Saleh.

The company operates with paid -in and issued capital of EGP409 million distributed across 409.17 million shares at par value of EGP1 per share.
