Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG) said it will hold its ordinary general meeting (OGM) on 28 March to discuss the proposed dividends distribution of EGP 0.14  per share at a total amount of EGP 300 million.

The proposal was brought earlier by the company's board of directors, it said in a bourse statement.

TMG reported EGP 681.8 million ($89.3 million) in net profits for 2014, compared with EGP 582 million ($76.77 million) the previous year.

The company capitalised at EGP 20.6 billion, divided into 2.1 billion shares at EGP 10 par value each.
