International Company for Leasing (Incolease) said its ordinary general meeting (OGM) has approved to distribute dividends of EGP 1.3 per share.

The company reported net profits of EGP 62.3 million in 2014.

Incolease capitalised at EGP 200 million, divided into 20 million shares at EGP 10 par value each.
