Lecico–Egypt’s board of directors approved a dividend payout of EGP 0.25 per share at a total amount of EGP 20 million for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2014.

The company will hold an ordinary general meeting (OGM) on 31 March to discuss the dividend payout, Lecico said in a bourse statement.

Lecico reported net profits of EGP 91.6 million in 2014, with margins of 5.8% compared to EGP 18 million in losses for the previous year, due to the impact of one-off costs of Lecico–France in 2013.

The company is capitalised at EGP 400 million, divided into 80 million shares at EGP 5 par value each.
