Cairo-Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) listing committee imposed EGP 50,000 fine on Orascom Construction Industries (OCI).

The fine has followed the company's violation of the provisions of Article 64 of the operational procedures in respect to disclosure of financial statements.

The firm is required to pay the fine within 15 days, said a bourse filling.

OCI saw net profits of EGP 4.6 billion in 2014, against losses of EGP 1.4 billion in the previous year.
