Burgan Bank cleared to raise capital by KWD 21.6m

The Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK) gave the green light for Burgan Bank to increase its issued and paid-up capital by KWD 21.6 million ($74.6 million).
This increase is divided into 216 million shares at EGP 100 fils each.
The bank will announce the subscription details upon obtaining all necessary approvals.
