Turkey-Kuwait seek to boost cooperation, investments
ATurkish trade delegation visiting Kuwait on Monday offered a package of investment incentives to the Gulf country’s private sector representatives, Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) reported, adding that the representatives were also introduced to the Turkish investment atmosphere.

This meeting seeks to make Kuwaiti investors familiar with Turkey's regulations and laws relating to foreign investment, said Deputy Director-General of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) Hamad Al-Omar, highlighting the CCI's leading role in the business sector added to its constant efforts to open new fields and markets for Kuwaiti investors.

The Turkish delegation tackled Turkey's investment incentives as well as its real estate sector. They said that Turkey seeks to strengthen mutual cooperation and bilateral relations with Kuwait, particularly as Turkey has an attractive investment atmosphere owing to its strategic location and huge investment opportunities in the education, tourism and agriculture sectors.

The Turkish delegation urged Kuwaiti firms to make use and take advantage of these opportunities as well as the new Turkish laws of investment, according to the KUNA.
