Kuwait's Commercial Real Estate Company (Al Tijaria) revealed that it has recently entered new high yielding property investment in Norway.

Al Tijaria joined the new investment in partnership with group of other investors , where it contributes with 49.64% stake at value of KWD3.9 million ($13.4m). The company noted that new investment is expected to generate profit margin of 9.25% and it will be reflected on its financial statements for the fourth quarter of 2014.

Notably, the company's financial statements for the nine months period ended September 30, 2014 showed KWD7.98 million net profit compared to KWD7.88 million for the same period of previous year, up by 1.3%.
