Kuwait and Gulf Link Transport announced that it has postponed its Extra Ordinary General meeting - EGM for lack of Quorum. The EGM was scheduled to be conducted today November 20, 2014 in order to tackle the amendments of articles of incorporation. The company didn't determine further date for re-convening the meeting the EGM, said a bourse filing.
