Kuwait’s AL Enmaa Real Estate, 55.92%-owned by Kuwait Finance House -KFH, said it has received an amount of around KWD1.26 million ($4.3 million) as commission for handling the arrangement of KFH latest property auction.

The company noted, in a bourse statement that, such amount will be reflected at the financial statements for the first quarter of 2014.

Earlier , Enmaa stated ,in exclusive statement to Mubasher ,that it expects to achieve rate of return of around 1% from the sales transaction final value.
