Manafae Holding said its Board of Directors has approved to reduce the company's capital by around 50% to offset accumulated loses.

Subsequently the company's capital will be reduced from KWD20 million to KWD10 million.

The amount of the capital reduction includes KWD10 million that will be paid as cash dividends.
