The price of Kuwait crude oil per barrel rose cent 89 to stand at $41.51 pb in Friday's trading compared to $40.62 pb on Thursday, the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) said.

Futures rallied as much as 3.1% in New York and 2.6% in London after the Saudi royal court announced the death in a statement.
