United Real Estate Company has issued its financial results for the year ended on December 31, 2014, with earnings plunging by 29.6%.

The firm posted net profits worth KWD 7.88 million ($26.6 million) in 2014, compared to KWD 11.2 million ($37.9 million) in 2013.

Moreover, United Real Estate achieved earning worth KWD 3.43 million in Q4-2014 against losses worth KWD 74.9 thousand in Q4-2013.

It is worth highlighting that the Board of Directors has recommended a cash dividend of 5% for FY-2014.
