Kuwait Real Estate Company has issued its financial results for the year ended on December 31, 2014, achieving a rise in earnings by six percent.

Kuwait Real Estate posted earnings worth KWD 7.12 million in 2014, compared to KWD 6.7 million in 2013.

The real estate firm’s net profit totaled KWD 3.33 million in Q4-2014 against KWD 1.12 million in Q4-2013, rising by 196%.

The Board of Directors has recommended a cash dividend of 5% or 5 fils per share.
