Kuwait-Mubasher: Al-Deera Holding Company has achieved advanced negotiations to reschedule its debts, said the Chairman of Al-Deera Talal Al-Bahar.

“AL-Deera will restructure its investments, in addition to restructuring the assets,” Al-Bahar added, responding to Mubasher’s question.

“The firm has no intention to withdraw from Kuwait Stock Exchange,” clarified the Chairman.

Furthermore, Al-Deera has decided to postponed the ordinary general meeting (OGM), which was going to discuss the firm’s accumulated losses that are worth KWD 55.7 million.
