The National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) will distribute the bonus shares of the fiscal year 2014 on 31 March.

NBK’s ordinary general meeting approved a bonus share of 5% or five fils per each 100 shares, with a total of 240 million shares.

Kuwait’s largest bank earlier distributed a cash dividend of 30% on 11 March, with a total amount standing at KWD 24 million.

NBK’s capital totals KWD 479.97 million, distributed on 4.79 billion shares with a par value of 100 fils per share.
