National International Holding’s (NIH) board agreed on amending the 4% proposed dividends to be not less than 5% for the fiscal year 2014.

NIH will distribute 3% cash dividends and 2% bonus shares, the company said in a filing to KSE.

The KSE-listed company posted earnings worth about KWD 949,600 in 2014, compared to KWD 1.5 million in 2013.

NIH’s capital reaches KWD 21.26 million, distributed on 212.6 million shares with a par value of 100 fils per share.
