Amar for Finance and Leasing agreed on freezing dividends of the fiscal year 2014.

The company reduced its losses to about KWD 249,180 ($823,190) in 2014 from KWD 1.78 million ($5.88 million) in 2013.

Amar’s capital stands at KWD 20 million, distributed on 200 million shares with a par value of 100 fils per share.
