The ordinary and extraordinary general meetings of Hilal Cement agreed on distributing 10% bonus shares or 10 shares per each 100 shares for the fiscal year 2014.

The company reported losses worth about KWD 374,030 in 2014, against earnings worth nearly KWD 518,540 in 2013.

Hilal’s capital reaches KWD 6.98 million, distributed on 69.8 million shares with a par value of 100 fils a share.
