Mubasher: Zain Iraq applied for a listing on Iraq Stock Exchange (ISX) which may respond in a week, said an official in ISX told Mubasher.

Zain is considered as the country's leading mobile phone network operator by subscribers reaching 13.8 million till the end of 2014.

The mobile operator invested more than $5 billion in improving its network in Iraq.
