Gulf Franchising Holding’s ordinary general meeting agreed on the board’s proposal to freeze dividends for the fiscal year 2014.

The Kuwait-based franchise developer suffered losses worth about KWD 136,330 ($454,660) in 2014, compared to nearly KWD 116,850 ($389,700) in 2013.
