Kuwait-Mubasher: Kuwait Company for Process Plant Construction and Contracting (KCPC) said it has signed a swap agreement on 8 February, in Lebanon, according to a bourse statement.
According to the deal signed on Monday, an ownership of 500 shares held by KCPC in Natcon – Engineering and Contracting will be transferred, Tuesday’s filing said, without confirming the name of the acquirer(s). However, it said that KCPC, in exchange, will take over 2,500 shares of “Achrafieh 292 Holding,” 400 shares of “Spears 1788 Holding,” and 320 shares of “Spears 1788.”
The Kuwaiti company said that the financial impact from the deal will be profits worth about KWD 166,000 ($552,200) to be registered in Q1-16 financials.
