Omagine Inc noted in a quarterly report submitted to the the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) that “Omagine LLC presently intends to appoint BNP Paribas CIB as the financial adviser and to arrange the financing for the Omagine Project, including evaluating various funding, capital and debt structures available to Omagine LLC,” reported Muscat Daily.

Omagine LLC plans to appoint BNP Paribas Real Estate for real-estate advisory services and to assist it by giving a full financial feasibility assessment and a market feasibility study for the project, Omagine Inc highlighted.

Noteworthy, Omagine LLC inked in January 2013 a letter of intent with BNP Paribas, Wholesale Banking, Bahrain through its corporate and investment banking department (BNP Paribas CIB) and BNP Paribas Real Estate Property and Management LLC.

The letter of intent is non-binding and subject to the implementation of a final agreement by the end of December or early 2015.
