The Muscat Securities Market (MSM) approved the de-listing of Oman Filters Co, based on the recommendation of the Director of Operations Department, in the third market effective December 14, 2014, said a bourse statement.

This followed the previous approval of the company’s Extraordinary General meeting to liquidate the company, added the statement.
