Hassan bin Suleiman bin Mohammed Al Salmi, General Director of Housing in North Al Batinah, said in a statement that the total value of real estate activity in the Governorate during December 2014 reached OMR 16.3 million while the fees collected amounted to OMR 317,431, through concluding 6499 transactions.


Moreover, Khamis bin Saif bin Zahran Al Abdulsalam, General Director of Housing in Al Buraimi, highlighted that that the real estate activity in the governorate totaled around OMR 2.6 million during December while the fees collected reached OMR 38,837. He added that 1070 legal transactions were conducted.


Ahmed bin Ali Al Shahri, Assistant General Director of Housing in Dhofar, added that the value of real estate activity in the governorate during December 2014 amounted to OMR 17.4 million while the fees collected totaled OMR 213,806 through 1977 transactions.

 

 It is worth noting that the real estate activity in Al Dakhiliyah and Musandam reached OMR 9.8 million and OMR 663.476 respectively.
