Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Dr. Fareed Mohammed Hadi, the Chairman of Sharia Supervisory Board (SSB) of Al Hilal Islamic Banking Services - Ahli Bank SAOG and the Board has also approved the appointment of Dr. Mustaien Ali Abdulhameed as a member of SSB, as a consequence the SSB is reconstituted as follows;

   i.   Dr. Ahmed Mohiyeldin Ahmed - Chairman

  ii.   Dr. Abdulrauf Abdullah Hamood Al Tubi - Member

 iii.   Dr. Mohammed Taher Mohammed Al Ibrahim - Member

 iv.   Dr. Mustaien Ali Abdulhameed - Member
