Oman – Mubasher: Renaissance Services’ mandatory convertible bondholders (MCB holders) unanimously approved the programme for the repurchase of 423,141,678 MCBs, issued in 2012, worth OMR 43,160,451, subject to the availability of financing, the company said in a filing to the Muscat Securities Market (MSM).

Renaissance services previously reported a 77.7% drop in its profits for the first quarter of 2015 to OMR 1.2 million ($3.1 million) compared to OMR 5.4 million ($14.1 million) in Q1-14.
