National Shipping Co. of Saudi Arabia (Bahri) announced that it signed yesterday executed definitive and legally binding agreements with Saudi Arabian Oil Co. (Saudi Aramco) and Vela International Marine Ltd (Vela), a wholly owned subsidiary of Aramco, to merge the fleet and operations of Vela and Bahri.

The boards of Bahri, Aramco and Vela had earlier approved the deal.
