City Cement Co. announced that the reparation of the technical failure in mill No. 2 will take 3-4 months. However, it added that the plant is producing clinker at the same volume.

The company stated that a third mill is being constructed, adding that it will be operative early in Q1-13.

The technical failure will lead to a decline in sales by SAR 50 million, or 10% of total sales during FY12, the cement producer indicated.
