South Cairo and Giza Flour Mills and Bakeries will hold a general meeting on Monday, Nov. 17, at 3:00 p.m.
Shareholders will discuss the board’s report and statement of financial position for the fiscal year ending on June 30, 2014.
The company’s FY13/14 net earnings reached EGP 15.8 million, compared with EGP 16.2 million a year earlier, a decline of 2.9%.
Shareholders will also consider the board’s proposal for paying cash dividend at EGP 2.65 per share.
The EGX-listed company operates with EGP 30 million capital, divided into 3 million shares at EGP 10 par value each.
