City Cement Co. said the board recommended cash dividend for the first nine months of 2014 at 10% of the stock par value, or SAR 1 per share, totaling SAR 189.2 million.
Shareholders of record until the close of trading on Nov. 2 are eligible for this dividend.
The payment will be on Nov. 20, 2014.
