Saudis top Gulf buying of Turkish property in H1
Saudis and other Gulf nationals have concluded contracts for real estate in Turkey exceeding 727 properties worth more than $1.5 billion during the first half of 2014, Al Youm newspaper reported, quoting Fikret Özer, Turkish Consul in Saudi Arabia as saying.

Saudis represented the highest percentage of monthly buying amongst other Gulf nationals. Moreover, Saudis ranked fifth worldwide amongst people conducting property deals in Turkey.

It worth noting that the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries are considered a vital export destination for Turkish products and services; it is expected that this Turkish stake of products and services will continue increasing and growing.

GCC countries are among the top buyers of Turkish building products, representing 25% of total Turkish exports from building materials, amounting to $4 billion last year.
