The board of Taiba Holding recommended additional cash dividend for FY14 at 3% of the stock par value, or SAR 0.30 per share, totaling SAR 45,000,000.
Shareholders of record until the close of trading on Monday, Nov. 3 are eligible for this dividend.
The payment date will be unveiled later on.
