SAMBA Capital, the financial advisor, lead manager, book runner and underwriter for the initial public offering (IPO) of Electrical Industries Co., announced that the share offering saw at the end of third day a total of 514.291 subscribers who injected SAR 534.700.980 through requesting 9.901.870 shares.
Accordingly, the IPO coverage reached 146.7% till the close of the third day, out of the 6,750,000 shares (50% of total offered shares) made available for retail subscribers.
The share offering received positive turnover, which reflected confidence of nationals on the company’s investment value and growth potential.
The offering will run until Monday, November 17, 2014 at SAR 54 per share.
