The board of Al Hassan Ghazi Ibrahim Shaker has recommended the distribution of cash dividend for the nine-month period that ended on September 30, 2014 at SAR 2.5 per share, or 25% of stock par value, totaling SAR 87.5 million.
Shareholders of record till the close of trading on Sunday, November 30, 2014 will be entitled to the dividend distribution.
The dividend payout will be effected on Monday, December 15, 2014.
The company had made SAR 43,783 thousand net earnings in the third quarter until Sept. 30, 2014. Q3 net profit is 39.69% higher than SAR 31,344 thousand in Q3 2013 but 88.55% lower than SAR 382,450 thousand in Q2 2014. At the nine-month level, net earnings rocketed 186.32% to SAR 446,849 thousand, compared with SAR 156,066 thousand in the same period of last year. The earnings per share increased from SAR 4.46 to SAR 12.77.
