SABB Takaful said the board, in a meeting held on Nov. 23, appointed Mr. David Kenny as a non-executive board member, representing Saudi British Bank (SABB) and HSBC.
Kenny replaced Mr. Mohamed Saad Bin Dawood, as of the decision date.
This appointment is pending the approval of the next general meeting.
