Saudi Arabia’s Capital Market Authority (CMA) gave the green light for AXA Cooperative Insurance to increase capital through issuing rights issue shares at a total value of SAR 250 million.
The subscription prospectus will be released later on.
The insurer had obtained on April 24 the approval of Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) on the capital hike.
