The board of Yanbu National Petrochemicals Co. (Yansab) has recommended the distribution of cash dividend for H2-14 at SAR 1.5 per share, or 15% of stock par value, totaling SAR 843.75 million.
Shareholders of record till the close of trading on the date of the company’s ordinary general meeting, expected in March, will be entitled for the dividend distribution.
The distribution date will be announced later by the company.
Accordingly, FY14 dividend distributions will amount to SAR 1687.5 million, at 30% of stock par value, or SAR 3 per share.
The company had distributed H1-14 dividend at SAR 1.5 per share, totaling SAR 843.75 million.
