With reference to its announcement about signing a memorandum of understanding with Al-Jazeera Paints, Al Sorayai Trading and Industrial Group said it signed on Dec. 8 a contract to supply machinery to the factory of Arab Co. for Calcium Carbonate, a subsidiary located in Jeddah, with the Spanish firm EcoTech, at a total value of nearly SAR 15.605 million.
This deal is 52% financed by Al Sorayai and 48% by Al-Jazeera, according to a bourse statement.
