Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co. said in a bourse statement that it has completed the signing of two contracts with the Ministry of Higher Education (Taibah University) for two parts of the construction of Computer Sciences College (Girls), Financial and Administrative Sciences College (Girls) and Shared Class Rooms (Girls).
The company added that the contract for the construction of Computer Sciences College (Girls) will continue thirty Hijri months from the date of site handing over. The value of this part of the project has been changed to be nearly SAR 142.9 million instead of around SAR 133.6 million.
The contract for the construction of Financial and Administrative Sciences College (Girls) will last thirty Hijri months from the date of site handing over. The value of this part of the project has been changed to be approx. SAR 85 million instead of SAR 90.36 million.
The change in value is attributed to re allocation of some work items.
A further announcement will be made upon signing the contract of the third part of the project for the construction of Shared Class Room (Girls).
The financial impact of this three parts project has started during the third quarter of the current financial year.
