National Industrialization Co. (Tasnee) said the board, in a meeting held on December 11, approved the resignation submitted by Chief Executive Officer Saleh bin Fahad Al-Nazha on December 1, 2014, according to a bourse statement.
The board gave the go-ahead for appointing Mr. Mutlaq bin Hamad Al-Morished as Chief Executive Officer as of January 12, 2015.
